A good strategy would be to approportion 30 min to each of the sections. and use 5 min of the section one is good at in another tougher section. The idea being that easy questions across all sections can be attempted.
A good way to approach the RC would be to read the passage as fast as one can. That will give the idea of the passage and be of great use in answering the inference based questions. Also underline things like names of people, places etc so that direct questions can be answered easily.
FMS is known for having very long RCs. RCs can be even 2-3 pages long at times.
Speed is the key in a paper like FMS. Also having a high accuracy is of importance
