sir actually i send the online application form but unfortunately i signed on the acknowledgment form
so plz guide me what to do now . i tried to call mfc guys but there is no response from their side .

4th December is the last date for submission of the form. by first week of jan the admit cards should reach. if not then you can call up the institute and enquire.
