I wanted to know on what basis are we being advised to invest on the application. Does Liba relax the criteria on some ocassion..

though am not a senior i would like to put forward my views regarding ur query.if one is in the borderline case and if seniors suggest them not to apply n if the cut-offs come down, they loose the chance of making it into a good college..isn't it?if one doesn't get a call he may loose 1400 bucks,but if u are fortunate enough,nothing to loose and everythng to gain..so i personally feel tht the borderline cases should also take a chance and apply..

1.Exactly... this is the case.. if by chance the cut off comes down the guys who didn't apply may miss the chance... so whole point is that better apply and take chance.. it's nothing personal and it;s not meant that m being libaite shall want liba to make money by offering students at this cutoff to apply... hope u r clear dude....best of luck...
2. there are chances that this yr admission council may choose students based on their profile and can relax the cutoff a bit... but again this is just a possibility... so people with 85+ can take a chance... hope u ppl make it...esp 666 he is too serious... dont worry dude... be haapy...every thing happens, happens for a reason

well my XAT percentile is 89.2% HEARD SOME PROFILE BASED CALLS WOULD be given this year..well wanted to know profile in the sense what exactly do they look for??i don hav much of extra curricular activities but hav consistent acads of around 85% in my x,xii, n graduation.am a fresher..do i stand a chance with this profile??
and two..approx when would the list of shortlisted candidates be out??
