hi everyonei have a question for all those who filled the online application...did everyone get a confirmation from tiss for their online application submission because my friends got their confirmation email days back and i havent eventhough i had filled up my application before them....pls do reply getting worried here!!

Hey Guys !! really stupid question.....at a really stupid time :unhappy:..... Today I came to know that my brother misspelt the word "social" [as Sociel] while making the DD for TISS application....I don't know whether the DD has the same mistake or not.....but will it be rejected on this ground :nervous: It's high time he focussed on his linguistic skills :x Please advise....should he send a fresh form with a DD....the deadline is 24

Call up the admissions section at TISS asap and ask them if the payment has been received....

Mistakes, as small as they might be, does reflect on one's personality..so double check in future....

You mean confirmation mail showing your application being recieved?That would be notified through a sms to you when your application is recieved.

Or you asking for confirmation mail that you have been registered?In that case check your details asap and check if there is any spelling mistake...

i did receive an email initially when i had created my online application account but nothing after i had filled in all the details and submitted the application...i have sent across all my documents and things which have been delivered...its the email confirming that i have filled in all my details online that im waiting for...the only reason im so worried is because no one at tiss was able to help me when i called them no one replied to any emails i sent enquiring about the same and i also couldnt access my online applicatioin account!!!!!!!

Hi seniors....i have a problem.The online application in my case shows the 'age' field as blank but does show the DOB correctly.When i filled the online application form about a month ago, i copied and backed up the entire page and there was no field for age.What do i do.Even the option of editing isn't there.Also,there was a lot of confusion over photographs whether they are to be attested or not, so while posting i packed in 5 photographs with two self attested as stated in the form, 2 blank ,1 self+authority attested.......Can this create a problem.It's better to loose 2 pics rather than a seat.It would be great if I can get a reply soon.Thanks!

@people who are scared over backlogs....i got them two times, still packed in every single mark sheet.For TISS, from whatever i can understand, character analysis begins with filling up the form.They might not like ur acads but they will definitely hate you for lying.Chill out!

I guess you are waiting for acknowledgement that your application has been recieved.Well there is nothing like that.You will recieve a sms that your application has been recieved.

I dont foresee any problems....I guess it must be a software glitch....as ur DOB has been captured, age also wud have been captured...

As for photos, its fine..dont know why but ppl seem to be obsessed with the photos, just attest all of them and send it...no harm...

As for backlogs, ur spot on....its only from one's failures does one learn the most and get ahead in life..!!

hi puys...
My form has accepted. when i open the online application procedure page and enter the app no and passward the messege displayed "Your Application details are available in the database as mentioned below" and all detail appears as i filled in the form.
