Help me plzz.
i am not too sure about the 10th oct thing??So if anyone knows anything about this and what it actually means plzz resolve my query.
and Also do we have to send 3 photographs or 2.
In the PDF its mentioned 2 and while submitting the form online it says 3.
Also in the pdf it says that the photos must be attested whereas, the online notification doesnot say any such thing.

Hi Sonam

No need to get panicked here....

Send us in the form as soon as you are finished with it, I am sure it does not take more than two hours to fill the form once all the marksheets are arranged...

Send us 3 photos and if they have asked to self-attest, then sign on the photos and send it to us....

Dear ALL ,

There is a golden unsaid rule in pagalguy.com which is before posting a query you have to go thru the posts in the thread to make sure there were no queries similar to urs...if at all this query has been asked before you shud check if it went unanswered or not...the thing is we guyswould really appreciate if such redundant repeated queries dont keep shooting up... plz check a few pages of the thread before shooting queries...:snipersm:

it has been said again and again that 1 hour of the exam is common for all courses...no matter what course u apply the 1st hour is a common paper. the next hour is course specific paper...

i.e. is u apply to all 3 courses : HRM & LR , social work , disaster management...then this iswhat will happen :

1st hour = common paper .
2nd hour = HRM & LR
3rd hour = social work
4th hour = disaster management... got it ?? :new_scatter:

what if i have made a mistake in my application form and i have sent it..i forgot to self attest the photograph..shud i send a new application form or should i come down to tiss and do the modification..guys plz reply..the form has been delivered in tiss..

when i called up the ppl in tiss, he said that there is no problem if the gazetted officer has signed on it..but still i am worried. can this be a reason to reject my app form?

when the words are so clear i dont understand why there is a need to panic ? even i have been on the other side of pagalguy.com but u need to understand that certain queries are not queries at all...like the one u just posted. it so clearly says "Last Date for Issue of Forms by Post October 10, 2008" which means its obviously applicable for people who wanna procure the form via post. right ??

last date to submit is 24th october...please do pardon my bluntness in the post but when we make time to come online and post on pagalguy we would wanna have queries which really require our attention... hope u understand.. cheers ! all the best for ur preparations mate.. :batman:

hi everyone.....
might just be a little late into asking this....
but i need a few points to be clarified...

1. Do I have to take out any printouts if i submit the application online?
2. If not, then wat all things do I need to send to TISS....I believe....they are.....DD, mark sheets of 4 yrs, 3 self attested photographs.
They have asked to mention the application number....where do I mention that.....on DD?? or on photographs, and marksheets as well???
3. Do i need to send any separate application mentioning my application number.?
4.And finally, the address to which we need to send the application/ enclosures to??

dear daemon ,

if ur photographs have been attested by a gazetted office and not self attested by you it is totally fine. ur form will not be rejected. if u are still worried then call up the TISS office and confirm once again..

in case u have not self attested and not gotten it attested by a gazetted officer as well then do send in those 3 photographs after self attesting it with a covering letter to the same TISS address... in the sense self attest those photos, write a covering letter stating why u are sending the photographs along with ur application form details so that the office people at TISS will know which application form is to be addressed for the changes... this should do. if you are a resident of bombay itself then i see no harm in u coming down to the campus and clearing up everything so that at least you wont have the tension and anxiety which i understand most applicants will have... chill...

thanks AJ..i live in pune..if i come there ,its a days job..but if its necessary i really dont mind taking a leave and coming there..because i dont want anything to go wrong when it comes to tiss..and why is everyone asking for 3 photos to be self attested..when i went through the details which was given before the application form,nowhere was it mentioned that the 2 stamp size photos should be self attested or have i missed anythng

i did call up the tiss office and they said tht shoudnt be a prob..but still i am very anxious..and i hope i have not bungled up anywhere else..:nervous:
