Aaah..if only sucha formula were available in a bottle

hmm... what worked for me was that i was able to i related all the work that i'd done to the specialization i wanted to do (i had a few years of IT experience). They asked me a lot of qns related to my company and the sector in general... it went of pretty smooth ... the interview lasted around 20 mins. I think you need to convince them as to why you'd be the best bet and come across as genuinely interested.
As for as the GD, we all had an understanding before we got in that we'd not make it a fish market .. so i was lucky i had a nice group that ways.. Started the GD .. Spoke when ever I could in the middle .. didn’t cut in on any one... spoke to all in group, paid attention when other spoke and also summarized the GD in the end ... so basically tried to do everything right ...
Prepz.. the usual GD preps i.e. current affairs and biz information and pray u get a good topic
