I need some help

Hi all , i have applied online to TISS. In the end it is mentioned that we need to submit caste and non-creamy layer certificate. My queries are ....

Is Non-creamy layer certificate different from OBC i.e. caste certificate.I am sending my fathers payslip, will that be sufficient cause it mentions his salary which is less than prescribed slary range.

I have called up TISS, they said they is a seperate certificate for non-creamy layer. Please throw some light.

Awaiting some suggestiongs.

Can anybody tell me if the draft that we are supposed to submit has to be from SBI bank only? Cant we get it from some other bank Axis, ICICI, etc.?

After getting the confirmation SMS regarding confirmation of my application received & eligibility from TISS, i got another SMS - "User ID & Password of all the candidates hv been deactivated & hence it has no validity. Plz don't send any mail or communication on this matter".
So its clear that User ID & Password is of no use now.

hiii...i did engineering in mechanical and passed out this year.i am attempting TISS (HRM&LR) this december(2009).Despite of knowing TISS offers a MA course and on applying for that college i lose chance of writing JMET i still applied for that exam.i just got attracted towards the college programs or might be college name.my problem is, no one is at least encouraging me on this step. saying that i will face problem on a long run as its MA and not MBA & i could not attempt JMET.i just want a help from u.1st just say me frankly did i take a correct step or wrong one.2nd even its correct or wrong i want ur assistance in preparing for exam,any material mainly about general awarness.

This is something ... u need to ask yourself, i would suggest, to not to follow college names, see your interest . If u want urself to be an MBA , i bet you will never be satisfied with any amount of pay packet offered to you as an MA(hrm&lr). But if you are really intersted in hrm thn this is the best course for you. Here's the importance of PI's they gonna judge you, whether you are a serious student or have come running after the name of the institute......
