Hi Alagati,

Last year there was a delay in the before mentioned results date and actual results date..I dont remember the exact dates though !!
is it the case this time also ? or is it pretty early to say some thing about it ?

what are the admissions ppl saying?

Well, its Varun n not Alagati ( thats only allowed if ur in TISS..!!! )

Hmm....we hope results come out on 25th, since JMET results are already out...( both exams on same day....)

As for asking them, its similar to asking government officials " yeh paper kab pass hogaa ??"....so dont expect too much.....have faith...it shall come on 25th....

CAT ---fired myself....
SNAP-- expected 78----got 68....dont knw wer d hell i lost my 10 marks..I just can't understand how it has happened to everyone?:snipersm::snipersm:symbiosis(cheaters)
IBSAT---got call ...but not going
NMAT----big question marks!!!
TISS---- my last hope.!!!

could any of the seniors shed sm light on the placements for Media n Cultural Studies plz? id be grateful if u could post info coz thrs nothing on the cmcs website....it hasnt been updated since last yr

hey c.priyanka mine is nearly the same case as yours expected 76 in snap got 65.5,Cat->Strictly O.K, Ibsat (as usual they give calls to nearly everyone!)-going for the interview,xat/nmat-forget it, tiss->Praying!

Hi Preeti

The Media and Cultural Studies is a very new course, I guess it started in 2007, and the 1st batch shall pass out this year, so as far as I know, there is no system of placements for the 16 odd students in the course....

I am sure they are finding great opportunities for themselves in the job market, mainly documentary making, editing etc etc...if you want more details, PM me..I can provide you with orkut/facebook ID's for my friends in the MCSC Dept..
