Same happened to me last year. i got 68, but no call from top 3, i didnt fill other forms....:-x
So decided to wait for 1 more year....
U can also look @ SIOM.....
SITM being telecom specific is recession free...
I wud say, apply to Top 3 also (if money is not a concern). might get a call, U never know. i had a frnd who got a call from SIIB @ 68 (cudnt convert though, category, CBSE topper:angel:,university topper,now in IIT-Delhi)...
Think, review, re-think , Do loadssss of R&D....

I heard that placement process is going on @SITM....hows it going? i don't think any sector is recession free(correct me if i m wrong)....what % of ur students got placed on Day0(i read last yr almost all the batch was placed on Day0).....profile and packages offered?

hiii....i have a number of concerns...which i wud like to get clarified.....i am an electrical engineering student...passed out in 2008.....my marks are like....
10th.... 70
12th....73
b.tech....78.6

my snap score is coming around 70.....and the biggest concern is the extra-curricular and activities section......i really dont have much to mention in dat section....so wat r my chances of getting a call frm sitm....?? i am really very worried abt it.....plzzz help me out.....thnks in advance.....nd if possible.....plzz tell me.....with dis snap score nd given the kind of profile i am having.....which colleges shud i apply to....?? i mean...in which snap colleges do i have some fair chances of getting admission....?? thnks in advance....

Hi,I have purchased the prospectus via the snaptest.org website.Can someone please let me know when can I expect the prospectus?I believe the online admissions cannot be completed without the prospectus in hand.

I Purchased it on 26 dec, still not got it. Mailed my concern to SITM ppl. They said, it wil reach u on time... I received SIIB prospectus (payment done on same day). so i hope that i will get SITM prospectus soon...
Write ur concern to SITM ppl...


I dunt see anyone from SITM apart form "kushal" till yet on his thread, @Kushal we need fast responses 4m u...... and even number of threads are very less compared to other symbi threads...
I guess ppl have less queries/probs in SITM....
