YOU can refer to the following pages of XLRI website.
XLRI Admission Process - XLRI School of Business & Human Resources
From xlri site.....
" XAT 2008 had three sections – `Verbal Ability and Logical Reasoning (VA)’, `Quantitative Ability and Data Interpretation (QA)’ and `Analytical Reasoning and Decision Making Ability (AR)’.
For Personnel Management and Industrial Relations Programme a total of 288 applicants having more than 93.4 percentile in VA, 83 percentile in QA, 90.5 percentile in RA, and overall 97.5 percentile have been shortlisted for Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
For Business Management Programme a total of 490 applicants having more than 90.4 percentile in VA, 92.9 percentile in QA, 90.5 percentile in RA, and overall 98.5 percentile have been shortlisted for Personal Interview.'

Scored 10+ in each section with minor deviations in each
What i wanted to know is what percentile did people with this score get last year? What were the sectional percentiles(in score, an approximation would give an idea) last year for XL?
And 50 questions out ofa total of 120,is it like a safe no of attempts, given that my accuracy in English is not very good.
Thanks a ton in advance

Hey I don't know if this is the right thread to post this, so pardon my transgression people, but anybody have a soft copy of this AIMXAT?
If so then please post it here, it would be of immense help to many of us!
Thanks, and once again sorry if I posted on the wrong thread!

The cutoffs in scores are not released by XLRI, so any info you receive on that front is purely speculative and not reliable.
But, if you attempt 40% of each section with 85-95% accuracy, I'd be willing to bet on you getting a call.
All the best!

Arre bhai, thoda googling skills ka upyog karo...
XLRI has 120 seats for BM, and another 120 for PMIR. (Till last year, there were 60 PMIR seats, but they're being increased from 2009 onwards.)
And there's no quota system. All seats are open to everyone. No reservations.
All the best!
