Yes Sheldon, your application will still be considered for XIMB. The only difference is that in case you tick that box, XLRI sends the results automatically to the marked institute. Otherwise, it sends it only if requested.

i am in confusion..i have posted XAT nd XLRI form o same day thru speed post...
but i have recieved confirmation mail of reception of XAT PP form not of XLRI PA form.....
so plz tell me whether ne confirmatn mail is sent or not for reception of XLRI form..

XLRI does send u a confirmation mail, but unlike for xat, this mail isnt sent tat fast..even i m yet to recieve it...u wud most probably get the mail within week or so..

I sent my XAT n XL Forms on the same day.
Received confirmation for the XAT form.
But nothing for XLRI..
I waited for a few days.
Then sent a mail...
They replied saying form was received and is being processed.
A day later I received the official email acknowledgment for
the XLRI Form

i sent the forms for XLRI and XAT on the same day....received confirmation from XAT after few days....and again after few days received the confirmation from XLRI through mail....if any of you have'nt received the acknowledgement through mail i think you should have received the same in your XAT id...so log in and check there....

i have sent a mail to xat help desk...they replied that
they are processing all the applications so it might
take time....so be patient they will send us confirmtn as soon
as possible....

hi al,
even i hd the same query of nt getting xlri confirmation,but there is 1 more thing i did i have sent both the forms along with drafts in different envelopes with their respective addresses on each envelope and then i put these both envelopes in the third envelope and on that i wrote the address of the "XAT office"which was given and sent them by a single speed post.I have received the confirmation of the XAT form but not the XLRI form.Will it be accepted or not?I am worried please tell whether anybdy else also has done dis?

i guess you were suppose to send the XLRI form to its office only and not both the forms to XAT office...i think you should call up the XAT office asap...
