Both are regular programs BM is business management. PMIR is personal management and industrial relationship.
Based on the different industrials needs for the HR programs many colleges conduct this program separately. Some of the colleges in this category are XLRI, MDi etc. IIMs dont highlight it as such. But I tell you HR program in XLRI is even better than most of the top B-schools in india including some IIMs.

hello friends i want to ask that in order to fill the Xat form online, do i have to obtain xat bulletin than only i can fill the form online. and if yes then how should i obtain the bulletin by DD.

dude its clearly mentioned in the website that you have to fill the form and then send the payment advice form along with the DD , then they will send you the bulletin.

but my friends how can i directly fill the form online as first we have to get the login Id and there is no axis bank in my city.... so wt i have to do now?

Pls check once again...there shud be an Axis branch in ur city...incase ther is no branch, wat u can do is ask ur parents or a good friend in some other city to buy it from the Axis bank branch...all u need to fill the form r the brochure no...so u can fill it...then they can take a printout and send it in the envelope provided...tats wat i am doing...

For XAT Registration, there are 2 ways...
1. DD:
Make a DD in favour of "XLRI Jamshedpur A/c XAT" for Rs. 850/- payable at Jamshedpur.

2. Buy from AXIS Bank:
Go to nearest Axis Bank which sells the form. Buy it by paying the amount in cash. U ll get the brochure. On top there wud be the XAT Brochure no.

Common Part:
Go to www.xlri.edu and click on XAT registration. Here read the instructions. You ll get an option to chose "mode of payment".
Select either "DD" or "Paid at Axis Bank". After this fill appropriate details, you will get login ID and password. take printout and send the form. If u chose DD u need to send it with DD, else bank slip.

Hope this clear.

PS: For ppl going for DD
DD can be made from any bank but it should be payable at Jamshedpur. Write your name and XAT ID on the reverse of the draft to ensure proper accountability.

thanks for the help and i want to ask another thing that if i made the DD as u have mention for Rs 850 and what are the other things that i have to send them with DD and in other part u have written that i have to write my name and XAt id at back but from where this Id will come

Read the common part of my previous post....
