I have withdrawn by admission. But the admin office hasnt told me yet how much amount will be deducted. Guess, I will know that only when the final draft arrives.

PPl!
once and for all, since i'm facing this question often... Buying a suit is inevitable for u guys... so no point dilly-dallying, now is a good time to invest in a good suit. U'll need it for numerous photo sessions etc even if u don't have Managerial communication in the first term. Preferred colors are black or navy blue, gray will also do.
Its not a very good idea to get it from Jam. Get ur suits made/bought from your place, thats the best thing to do.
and this is to tell ppl that i'm back from exile and will be active on the various online mediums of communication!

If you can get a copy of your resignation letter with signatures/approval from HR or your manager, that's perfect. If not, still ok. You can always submit your relieving letter's copy once you receive it.

For freshers, they've asked us to bring either our degree certificats, provisional certificates or a letter from the principal stating that we have appeared for final exams and have no dues pending.
(Un)fortunately, my final semester's marks have been declared, and the provisional certificate isn't ready yet. I've asked the principal for a letter, and I might be getting a "Course Completion Certificate" (if they get it ready on time). Apart from that, I have all my marks memos stating that I've passed in all subjects in all semesters. Until I get my degree certificate or provisional certificate, will these do?

Gurdit
Get whatever u can and come down. It'll get worked out. Its recommended that u have at least one of the two, the provisional or the principal's letter. Since u've marksheet also, there shouldn't be much hassle.

Just to add to what Rajdeep aka snuffles said, there will be no one holding a gun to your temple, if you don't have the requisite documents right now.
They'll give you enough of a 'grace' period to push whatever authorities you need to, in order to procure the documents.

Guys, chillax...
The induction process is gonna be really smooth.
If you are not on the wrong side of law (or rules), then u r not going to face any problem.
So, in case u do not hv the resignation certi or final marks, it doesnt matter. But you should have a tentative idea of when u cud produce the same before authorities...
The registration wud occur again for before the next term (sumwhere in Sep). You are expected to completed the remaining formalities at that time. For now, just bring watever certis u hv - as in 10th, 12th, grad marks, etc.... XL admin is very helpful...
But in case u try to mess up and fudge up info, then expulsion wud be the thing u wud face in no time...

Fellas,
With the session starting in few days from now, I would like to wish all the XLers an enriching and fruitful two years of their lives.
To this day, I remember the endless wait I went through last year with the waitlist movement stopping one short of my waitlist number. Similar would be the case with someone this year too and I can understand how hard it is to pick up the pieces and start over again when one comes this close to making it.
I developed a special bond with XL and so would anybody who gets to interact with the wonderful people out there.
I made it this year to XL as well as to a few IIMs and would be joining IIM Bangalore.
I guess what I am trying to say that there is no reason to feel left behind when one can make a fresh beginning right away.
3 to XLers and ATB to waitlisters
