well we all know about how admissions department replies to these queries and thus, you seniors, are out best possible source for a realistic estimate.. so, please bear with our stupid queries regarding result as u wud understand how anxious people are about the result since it means so much to us..

However, I would also appreciate people to be a little mindful of the fact that posting the same questions again and again wont yield responses.

Also, I wish all the fellow PGites gud luck for the results which should be out most probably within the next 2-3 days going by the last year's example..

And as they say

Very true. Now I'd request all the puys to stop posting about result dates queries and also would request the seniors to give all possible updates regarding the same as and when they get them. Guess this will help stop a lot of spamming.

Each time I come to pagalguy, I check for the XLRI Results declared thread... The wait is too much ya. Why can't the institutes in India declare a timeline according to which things would work? I mean how hard is it for an institute like XLRI to tell before hand something like:

4th Jan 2009 - XAT 2009
16th Jan 2009 - Results
X March 09 - X March 09 Interviews
XX March 09 - First Final List
(Note: all dates fictitious where not correct :P)

This is really weird and unprofessional. If there was no pagalguy, it would become so tough to be in touch with declaration of results!!! And if they told us before hand, no one would eat up the admin deptts head with phone calls and queries.

Well anyways, I guess tomorrow it would be out.
