i have read in many threads that even if u get good scores d profile plays a very important role even for getting calls..
so v pay 1000 for answering snap.. another 1500 for the coll form..n if v get good score n submit our form.. (having an ok profile)and v dnt receive calls.. so all d money is wasted..
i knw dis goes on in all colls.. but how can siom justify dis thing..
good score+fill form+ok profile=no calls???

Dude this question practically dogs all of us...
try to gauge certain other situations:
Worked hard throughout school, college and work place and been exceptional in all except for one BAD SNAP score.. is the candidate eligible???
poor grades and poor profile throughout the career but very good and exceptional SNAP score.. is the candidate eligible??
if u are able to answer the above questions practically then u would understand tht its difficult to gauge whos the right candidate...
so in order to to get off this criteria of judging a candidate on one and Only one parameter, SIOM gives u a hundred other chance to prove ur worth in both being shortlisted for the GD/PI process and before anyone is eliminated in any of the followin process.. we can discuss tht later i guess once u guys are shortlisted..
there is much more to shortlisting than jus grades, work ex and extra curruculars which u will subsequently understand and some u wont... so for the time being relax and concentrate on the SNAP... this is wht u can control, rest u cant so dont thinkmuch abt it and waste ur time...
all the best.,.. further queries are welcome... keep asking
