I had a question bout the faculty at SIOM - the online prospectus as well as the official website lists only five to six members of your 'Core Faculty', and then moves on to list 'Visiting Faculty' and 'Guest Faculty'. Would be great if someone could throw some light on how your numerous subjects are taught. Im sure the Core Faculty will not be able to teach all your subjects.

Im really scared..

Even in guidelines its written that Snap id can not be reissued..

I have to fill up forms..

Please seniors guide me what should i do...???

Will i be permitted for GD and PI round..

All Symbiosis institutes operate on the model of less of core faculty and more of guest faculty. SIOM is no different. You'll find a similar system in place in SIBM, SCMHRD and all other institutes under the Symbiosis umbrella. We have 13 subjects each in first and ssecond semester and out which hardly 5 subjects per semester are taught by core faculty and rest are taken by visiting faculty. Most of the visiting faculty is from Mumbai and Pune.

You have lost your admit card or SNAP Id? From the intent of your question it seems you have lost your admit card. Your SNAP Id would be there in the mail which you might have got after you registered for SNAP (though I am not sure whether mails were sent). As far as SIOM is concerned, I don't think you would have much problem. I don't know about other Symbiosis institutes.

On a totally different note, id like to know my chances of getting a call from SIOM. Im expecting a SNAP score ranging between 65 & 70. Work-ex - Will have 24 months by the time the course starts. Extra-curr - Decent right through college (have made some significant contributions to the company i work for, i.e. over and above my role).

Your chances seem bright to me. Your chances would be further more if your semester-wise engineering record is also good.

I have already mentioned dat while making payment through credit card ;the browser was stuck in between..Athough I have confirmed from the bank dat the transatio was successful but I hv'nt received ne ackowledgement frm SIOM.Can u plzz tell me whether u have received d payment or shud I call SIOM n confirm ?? Plz help
