Seriously no offences against the people helping out in this thread but I will surely do the social service that I have mentioned. Anyday CAT & XAT is more reliable.

Well, I also agree with you dear, CAT & XAT, IIFT , FMS are more reliable exams. Last year my friend was expecting 133 in SNAP and he got 77. I think your case is much better than this.
Now coming to basics....student apply the college based on the OPTIONS & INTERESTS they have. Probably you won't think about the symbiosis if you have IIM'S AND XLRI calls. But what if not........therefore Number of calls (options) you have and your interests decides which college you wanna apply.

after essay writting + GD + extempore there will be elimination, as it was last year so expected to be similar.
then after first PI there will be an elimination
finally selected go to director's interview, then you get the final selected as per the schedule of final merit list

The only difference is the context in which you see this kind of silence. Most of the time this silence will be after results are out but here it is other way.
Anyways, to keep the thread alive for next few days atleast, I have a question to ask. What should be the ideal profile for Operations Manager taking everything into consideration?

SIU is in damage control mode. The reason why I say this is because I got mails regarding review of scores (which I know won't happen).
The initial SIOM shortlist may have been too heavily "profile based" with little emphasis on SNAP scores. This could have caused another furore against Symbiosis International University which they wanna avoid. After the SNAP fiasco they can't afford to be embroiled in another controversy.
So my personal opinion is that the next list slated to come out on 10th feb will be more SNAP score based than based on profile. I don't mean profile will be overlooked. But SNAP scores would play more part in the selection criteria than the initial shortlist so that the number of aggrieved SNAP takers is lessened.
Just my personal opinion. I am no authority.
As regards GD/PI I am not preparing at all. .
I'll see when the results are out and I get a call.
