Nashik road is the name of the railway station which you would have to get down and all trains from mumbai travelling towards east would pass through it. It is approx 4-5 hour journey from mumbai.Hope that helps

Hey my Snap Score is 54.5 :(
Had really high hopes though.
I have applied to SIOM, am interested in operations in the field of IT.
I have 2 years + experience in a leading IT firm.
Can I expect a call from SIOM ?

hey its just matter of 2 days more(nt even 2 now) ... you will get ur answer but still you have 50-60% chance of gettng that.. but all depends on your overall profile..

The station is Nashik Road. And the interview starts in various batches. You will be informed about that once the list is out.

hi varun ,
any news from management as to what kind of profile they have shortlisted,I mean any ideas about any person being shortlised with work-ex or fresher so that we may get some idea .Since this is the only college we can't be sure of whether someone is going to get through or not with even good score.

Hi Seniors,
Can you people please throw some light on the summers in SIOM this year(i.e. 2010 batch)?
As for such, if by luck I get an admission, if I take 6.5 L loan and cannot repay back after passing out in recession time, it won't be helpful to me. So I am in a dilemma whether to do so or hold back in the IT industry where I am now?
My salary might not be 9/10L but the burden of loan won't be on me. If at least I can be assured of a 6.5-7L package I will be able to take a risk of taking loan.
Please PM me if required.
Seniors, your earnest feedback required in this regard.
