Does SIOM gives lot of stress on the number of backlogs u had in yur grads..nd if yes then do i hav any chances of making the cut

u have got a good chance for call from SIOM if we neglect the backlog thing. but unfortunately siom is strict in this area, this is our experience that backlogs are more critical than extra curriculars, so might not get call on this score, this is just a prediction, dnt loose hope.

What suhas_rock meant was that you have a good chance, as no one can actually tell you 100% whether you will get a call or not. Its all relative depending on the profiles of the applicants.

80% means almost done but if i say 100% and unfortunately if you dnt get call then you are going to blame me, right?

its not a problem by what medium u are sending the DD.
you can track both.
courier service is preffered as you can directly call them to know the status of your sonsignmnet. not a big issue.

You have preety good acads..
But as u said you do not have work Exp also their is this 2 years gap and added to it is score of 54 (which I think is not enough to fetch a call for fresher). Summing all these up your chances of getting a call are on the lower side. Please understand that most of the people who are applying to SIOm are holding work Exp. which I guess you must have made out by reading everyones posts in the thread.. Yo must have already applied by now, so you cant do much about it now but just to speculate which ultimately leads to nothing. So have patience and wait for the list to be out.. Hope you get through, but fingers crossed. as you`ll need a lot of luck.. ATB

hey ananya u have good profile regarding ur b.Tech without backlogs, extra cirrclr activities, and % markd throughout..

but since u r fresher ur score should have been little more, and 2 years gap might be a problem.. overall u stand just 50% chance..
