Just want to tell u that the application form which i see on logging on the site doesnot have the place to stick photo and moreover no declaration part , so where should i sign in that form and also that form also doesnt show the payment details . is that fine.

Hi Priyanka,
Your payment has already been authenticated. Now you just have to follow the instructions provided in my previous post to you. Stick your photo in a suitable space and sign at the end of the form. Also do remember to send a separate letter along with the form stating the reason for a word doc print out.

Hi Vivek(SIBM Team),

I had registered for SIBM using Credit Card so do i need to send anything other than printout of d form... ie the Payment Challan or anything cause there was none for online submission... Kindly reply soon!!! thanks...
