Sorry to trouble u again but den it is obvious that people r concerned about their forms reaching the office...SIBM has been sending various mails everyday except the one confirming the receipt of the forms.....nevertheless.....my snap id 1011224. Can u plz confirm the receipt of the form...i have sent a DD alongwith....
