and wat is the possible over all cutoff for the test..

NMAT did have sectional cutoffs last year.
Following were the sectional cutoffs:
VA:17(40)
QA:22(60)
LR/DI:14(50)
Overall:85(150)
Figure in brackets being the maximum marks in that section

PS:I did appear for NMAT last year

Hi Vijay,

The brochure clearly states that a candidate needs to show competency in each section. There will be individual sectional cutoffs. Please read through the selection process section in the brochure.

i am in Bangalore. Can i know Test Center for NMAT.

Is there is any Exam center in Bangalore.

Then What abt the GD/PI. Where they will conduct the GD and PI.

Hi Karthick,

Yes NMAT does have a test center in Bangalore. Last year, GD/PI process was conducted only in College Campus in Mumbai.

Hey seniors.
Please culd u confirm while the call comes for GD/PI than do we need to fill in form or pay the fees again.. as in the earlier post someone asked it but no reply was given.
Also is there any reservation for maharashtra candidate?

I registered for NMAT and got the login id. Now when i go in make payment options...i have following doubts
1) It has an option of paying through DD. But in whose name should DD be made...
2) It mentions that
"
The fee must be deposited within three working days from the date of registration "

now i didn't know this before...nd its not poss for me to deposit cash in 3 working days as i can't miss office...will i have to make a new account

3) general query...till which date should i count my work-ex?

..... Problem resolved. today I successfully registered and credit card payment option also working.

Hey,

Yes, a candidate needs to separately apply for GD/PI if he clears his written part and is eligible for GD/PI. Last year the fees for GD/PI application was 900 (as far as my memory recalls).

NMIMS is pvt institute and there is no reservation in the college.
