hello guys
i want to know is it necessary to join any class or institute like time cl etc to prepare for gd pi ..can one prepare at home ..is it necessary to take mock gds ....plss help guyss

Absolutely, there are a lot of do's and don't which you won't know otherwise. Moreover that's the best place to face the peer competition.

If you are serious about converting the call then coaching institute is a must!

Are the dates 21-24 Feb confirmed? The site is down for the pst several days. Please could you confirm if the schedule will be changedd?
I have a NM call and have to decide on the dates so that they dont clash with SIBM.

I am not a senior but i had checked with one of the seniors reg the same couple of days back and they said that it is highly unlikely that the dates would be changed

Hi

As it stands, the GD/PI is scheduled to happen during the dates mentioned on the websites i.e 21-24 Feb. 2009. It is highly unlikely that it would change, in any case any changes to the same would be communicated to the call-getters.

This is poor management from SIBM-bangalore side..
the results were out on 25th and its been 5 days and i have no idea when and where my gd/pi will take place...

such is the state of a mangament istitute that cant even manage its own website!!!

Although your assessment of the situation is harsh I will not contradict you. However, a website needs many more things to function that just management.

However this incident really leaves a bad taste in the minds of aspirants who want to go to that institute irrespective of the fact that its relatively new.
