Following is the selection criteria followed by SCMHRD:
" Once the SNAP results are declared, we select the top 4000 SNAP scorers and then apply these predetermined
weightages to the candidates’ other factors. This gives us the final ranking among those 4000
candidates. Out of these 4000, we continue to maintain our commitment of blanket calls. This year all
candidates with a SNAP test score of 81.25 or more have been called for the GD/PI, irrespective of their
profile. In addition, while sectional cut-offs is not our current policy, candidates with negative or zero
scores in any section are not considered on the same platform as the other candidates. Such a robust process will eliminate bias of any sort."
This peice of information would serve a great deal in addressing the concerns of many puys. Also it serves useful in predicting the cut-offs of SIBM - pune & bangalore and SIIB..
1) As per this info, the top 4000 SNAP scorers were considered. Now if we assume that almost 90% of the top SNAP scorers apply to SCMHRD then we can get an estimate of the marks scored by the 4000th SNAP scorer if we can find out the least SNAP score at which someone received an SCMHRD call... i have heard people in the 65 - 69 score range getting calls.
2) Blanket calls - This year, blanket call were given to scores above 81.25 and above. Now what was this score last year?? If we get that, it will be useful in predicting the SIBM cut-off... say suppose, the blanket call was given to scores above 90 last year.. and SIBM cut-off was 85 (5 marks less).. so accordingly we can say for this year that the cut-off for SIBM may be around 75 range.. just an example...
So puys, try to find out the least score which has received a call.. this will help us a great deal ...

A basic question:
Number of Calls given by the institution:
Number of seats(if increased):
Number of seats for open category:
Number of calls kept in the waiting lists:
Many of us will have this query in the later stage so aI just thought of asking.

well, not a senior but in my opinion, with this score you might have a chance if you have good acads and/or extra curri and/or work ex... if you do get a call it would be more profile based rather than score based..
