You can apply to IIT Roorkee and Kanpur ...... You can also look for IIT Madras.. IIT Kharagpur might call you on profile basis........

Nothing to worry about, if you havent used OBC candidature. now you would be required to apply to Individual IITs and in the form you will have an option to mention your category. so you can mention it then and there itself...
You can apply to all IIT except IIT Bombay and IIT Delhi...... The chances are fairly bleak, still you can try your luck........
