Any gazzeted officer will do..U can go for the HOD or director/principal of ur college...or some notary...but still I think ki ur HOD will be the easiest person to get this done

m new to JMET .. some queries:
1. does applying for JMET ensure application for all IITs (like CAT) or do we have to apply separately for each IIT ?
2. what is the test paper pattern for JMET (if it's fixed one unlike CAT) ?

Its not like CAT.

In JMET, u get your rank, then you can choose to apply to different IITs.

Test pattern can be seen on JMET site, they have put up sample questions as well.

1) Yes you do have to apply to each of the IITs seperately after the results
are announced.

2) test pattern is fixed...LRDI...QUANTS...EURC... (for confirming this please visit the Jmet site....)

After succesful qualification of JMET, the individual IITs would see/set sectional cutoffs

Hi,

Any inputs regarding the nature of GD/PI (preferably from an IIT chap...who has been thru all the stages)
Since its being conducted in the IITs, my hunch feeling is do they overload with lot of Technical Stuff/ Technical Discussions
& whether the PIs also focus on Technical Aptitude (those boring engg papers).

Maybe i m foreseeing too much evn before sale of application, but just querying out of curiosity to measure where I stand in case my hunches are true.
