Need one clarification. Do i have to apply separately for every insti or only filling the JMET online application do suffice!!!!

Now only filling only the JMET application form will suffice.
However as and when the results are out (generally in 1st week of January) the individual IITs will come out with their own advertisements in leading newspapers. Then you have to apply to individual IITs.

In case u hv interest in HR then there is no point leaving TISS or XLRI. All the other exams can wait. Try to follow your heart right now. Take extreme steps in desperation mode only...

Regarding the Non opening of site;
I think that it may be happening from your specific place due t reasons I don't know (i have tried it at home and it opens at my place). You should try Cyber Cafes and still if it doesn't work, we will have to think of something else....
When it comes to passion -Are you very sure that HR and TISS is thing or brand you want , if yes, then go all out for it.
Now if you are not sure about TISS, then JMET would be better choice as
you chances of getting into a B-school are better.
IN simple words, I think your heart says TISS where as mind says JMET.
You got to decide which suits you the best.

Both are in morning: TISS most probably starts at 11 while JMET at 10. Maybe slightly wrong but what is confirmed is that you can give only one, timings are definitely clashing :(
