My AIR is 395. Do I have a chance for a call from IIT D ??
Also I wanna know what is the weightage of rank in the final selection process???

Since the form for IITD is not out yet.. I want to ask what will be in the form. Will it include any SOP etc ?? or just facts n details about us.
And Is Rank the only criteria for getting a call?

I am afraid you are ineligible to apply (reference the notification of JMET brochure). I understand mumbai university does not give high grades and you are missing by a whisker. Though i will still confirm it from our faculty admissions coordinator regarding this issue. But chances are bleak.....

See till last year till the rank 422 were called, so chances are less. But still there is expectation of seat increase. So i would suggest fill up the form and its just matter of few bucks.

422 and please note Rank is the only criteria in fetching you a gd/pi call (till previous year) After the call at DMS interviews rank hold very less importance. At max it gives you a good start. But Interview is all that matters once GD/PI list is out.

Less chances. I can only comment on DMS. Seats are EXPECTED to be increased to 90. Though nothing has been finalized so dont quote me for that.

Rank was the only criteria for selection till last year. Though this year is not decided yet but most probably it will be the same. Will keep you guys updated on this. You have very good chances going by the trend of last two years.

PS: What does CSC stand for in your id.

Pretty close to comment. Keep your fingers crossed. Because of the OBC quota implementation, there is expectation of seat increase. In that case you wil surely get through. Best of luck
