Hi All,
I have a rank of 3309 (OBC Category ) in JMET.
B.Tech passed out in 2006 and 2+ yrs of work experience in IT company.
Can any one please suggest which are the IITs I should apply for.
Taking into consideration the increased number of seats, I wanted to go for IITR, IITK and IITM.
I need your suggestion as per experience...

Hi,
I have a score of 98.2%tile in CAT. Do i have a chance at IITM? Do u think it is wise to mention my 1700+ rank in JMET on my application?
What is it looking for as work ex certificate? Payslips/recruitment letter should do?
Also, will the self attested docs do for the application or i need to get them attested by gazetted officer?

Ofcourse you have a very good chance.You can mention your JMET rank also as in any case the best one will be considered.Joining letter and latest pay-slip will do.All docs should be attested by a gazetted officer only.

No, summer internship is not considered as workex. And you need not get the photo attested. I guess this is what our admissions office has told a few puys.
