Hi, i m getting between 55 n 60 according to cf n time. My profile is xth- 78% ( up board) , 12th- 66%( university board), M.B.B.S - 58% ( J.N.Medical college, A.M.U.). taken part in various ngo's n in pulse programme at district level. please tell me what r my chances for sihm?

Hi ! with regard to your questions
1) Job profile will vary as per the industry, cant say exactly what it will be. Only it will be appropriate to the degree and experience.
2) Companies that have come and are expected to come for placements are Hospitals, IT companies ( esp those dealing with healthcare IT solutions), Pharmaceutical companies, Insurance, NGO's and also other miscellaneous companies like Spa's, Wellness clinics (VLCC etc), medical epuipments. I will be in a better position to give out the pay packages as our seniors are still in process of placements.
3) 1.5 yrs experience in IT healthcare will be helpful but also keep in mind what is your educational background ( like hospitals and some companies prefer doctors or people with relevant background), as IT is only one of the sectors we are gunning for.
4) Cut off for this year will depend on the profile of applicants, around 300 candidates are shortlisted for GDPI so the cut off will be appropriate.

Candidates will be called for GDPI based on SNAP scores, the cut-off for SIHS(Symbiosis Institute of Health Sciences) is not fixed yet and will be based on applications received. So all the best
Based on your experiences you have a good chance once you make it to the interview stage. But again it will all be relative to the profile of candidates applying.
