Hi
cant wait to start studying...!!!! that bridge course is more than enough. you will have exam on it. if nothing changes this time then as a part of the bridge course you will be receiving ms-office related materials which one needs to practice. not only ms office, get familiar with handling laptop if you are not very comfortable with it [i mean more than orkut and emails]...laptop will be your life-partner here. you need to get along to go along.also if you can learrn things like ms project that will be helpfull for you later on...this will take up all the time.
and if you really want to study a lot then there are few options...
1: you can read on healthcare sector and its different domains, latest data, business reviews, future trends, case studies etc. just like the way you might have prepared for GD-PI. it will come handy if you start now and continue for the next two years. its a huge sector, so you will never run out of news to study.
2: you can try reading basic management books, economics, basic statistics...they will help you later during the course.
3: communication, soft skills etc, if u are not so good in it.
3: management is an art and science that you need to understand and build up your own thought process.read books on management issues [not the subject books]. it will develop your managerial thought process. like, i prefer crime thriller...they teach really solid management fundas and logics if you know how to extract them. you can also have a look at subjects like sociology, psychology etc [basics only], its important for a good manager to understand human-behaviour. they will help you throughout your career.
but i truly suggest...take a chill-pill and njoy as much you can. once you start here, there wont be much of free time. you can study your heart/brain out then.
Have Fun
