thanks old_monk for solving my query.i have problem regarding the application form having no column for mentioning the work experience details.Well, i have called the institute,they told me that i cn mention the details at the time of gdpi bringing along with me the original work experience documents.So all my friends out there,if anyone has the same problem he has to bring the original work experience certificate at time of gdpi.

You are probably upset over the non-selection. but let me tell you somthings...

1st of all...the GD-PI list is of 400 candidates. no matter how much you try, i have a huge doubt if you will get SNAP score of 10% of that 400. n even if you get that, it wont be of any use. it is not declared that the selection for GD-PI is done based on SNAP score on profile or on both. so you will never be able to make any conclusion.even if you somhow did...what's the gain in that ??? plz dont waste your time.

i know how it feels to be rejected. iv been there soooo many times, i still do. believe me, rejection is a lifelong process...it comes in small installments...throughout your life, career...in everything. wasting time over any rejection is a very bitter n painfull process...n most of the time it doesnt pay off anything more. moving on is the best idea.

you will find plenty of nice senti-senti sympathy-quotes on losing n wining. im not gonna use any of them to you cos i believe sympathy is for losers only. ill tell you what i tell myself everytime i get rejected in somthing...suck it up like a man n get ready for the next.

Well, im not good with sympathy or great pep-talks. but i hope you will understand what im trying to tell you.

The topic will be given to you on the day of GD-PI. it can be on anything.

if you find any book on GD-PI, you will get some idea what kind of topic can come. but you will prepare them or not...thats upto you. i advise to read a lot cos you dont know whats gonna be your topic, so if you read a lot, you develop a thought process and you can talk on almost any topic.

There's no official info on it...neither unofficial. just forget about it. all the shortlisted hav equal chance of makin it to the final list...so work hard for the next round.Please dont waste time on unnecessary informations.

general topics will be a safe bet.
