Hi
tat decision is with the selection panel only. i have no idea about it...
but why bother...? if you get a GD-PI call you have as much chance of geting the final call as any other candidate on the list...tats why they are taking the the GD-PI. if the SNAP score have certain weightage n yous score isnt that much strong, so be it...you work on other areas well n make it up. n if you have a very good score and u r thinking that the score will sail you through...well, in my personal experience iv seen people with 50+ score getting rejeted over a candidate of 30+ score simply because of a bad GD-PI.
my
personal guess is: final score includes everything. SNAP is over, you cant do anything about the score now. the only thing that you can do somthing [or a lot of things] about is the GD-PI. so work hard n smart on it.
forget these which-part-gets-what-weightage thingy right now, its a waste of time...nothing else.
Good Luck
