If you are preparing for CAt and other competitive exams then the same preparation would suffice.

If not then go hrough the basic fundaes in RS Agarwal and Arun Sharma. That would suffice for the level in SNAP.(It's actually speed based so level of questions is not that high.)

For GK i'd suggest the newspapers and magazines. I did the same last year.

I have a query (you may term it silly, but still...)

After registerring, when I am taking a printout of the Axis bank challan, the printout that is coming out is not according to the A4 page size, & as a result, half of one of the payslip copies is not getting printed.
(I am facing this for both SNAP & NMAT challans, since the online vendor is the same)

has anybosy else faced this problem? What is the solution to it?

Make some changes in the page setup that you will get from the File menu.
Decrease the border sizes. ... I guess that should do it..

i am also facing the same problem while printing the challan..also they have asked not to use the file menu to print..dunno if that makes a difference.so is there ne other way of getting it done..some1 who did it already wud b of great help.thanks

Hi Varun,

A general preparation for CAT would suffice for SNAP also except the GK Preparation. And speed matters in an exam like SNAP. you can follow books by Arun Sharma. It has many exercises to practice. Apart from that you can take a look at some practice papers in the link attached to my signature.

Hello all.... I need sum help urgently.....
I registered onl on the snap site & completed all the formalities of the form...I got my snap id as wll...But the prob is.. since i dont hav a printer at home...i cudnt print the challan slip...now if i go to a cyber to get it printed....how do i find my challan??

If you have already registered then login using snap id and password and you will be presented with the bank challan slips.
