I thought we just had to apply for NMAT and apply later?
Is it required for the application later?
How does the application procedure actually take place after the NMAT exam?
We give the NMAT on 28.12 and then?? wait for the results and then get calls if eligible?? or apply before results?

Hi gravz84,

Once the written results are out and if you are eligible for GD/PI you will be required to apply for GD/PI. Only in GD/PI stage you are required to submit SOP.

Hello Jugal,

The MBA Focus Programmes of the School of Business Management in Actuarial Science, Banking, Capital Markets, Global Business, Retail Management and Services Management are being restructured and merged with the Flagship MBA Programme from 2009-11.

All students joining the MBA Programme in 2009 will have the option to take functional specialization elective courses and at the same time have option of domain focus in areas such as actuarial science, banking, capital markets, global business, retail and services in the second year of the MBA Programme.

The total number of admissions expected in 2009 in the Flagship MBA programme is 360.

Hence, if you want to do an MBA with domain specialization as mentioned above you will need to apply for NMAT which is supposed to be held on 28 Dec. However, If you have not applied as of now you are pretty late as the last date has went by.
