Preparations for mba in hr

Hello everyone.......M shrividhya n m currently doing my final year in bcom.
I m planning 2 take up mba in HR aftr my graduation........Can anyone guide me as how to start preparing myself for HR.....As in.... where shud I focuss more.......Wat areas shud be strong etc......It wud be a great help if any1 Can give me d paper pattern n syllabus for TISS....
