How is distance MBA from IMT?

I am into web marketing with over 3 years experience. Could anybody tell me whether a PGDM (3 years) from IMT will help me. Pls also do tell the other MBA programs available in distance mode that are worth a mention. I do not need placements. All i need is a quality post graduate management qualification.
