Hi guys!

I had sent my my online application printout well before 20th August and it was received there too.. But i am yet to receive my brochure. So fellow guys. can you just share with me the information available in the brochure? Is there an online version of it somewhere so that i can download?

I hope the brochure is not having something of great importance that cannot be obtained from forums like these or elsewhere!!

you are right... the brochure does not contain any information which will come as a bolt from the blue... it just contains placement statistics and things like that...

1 more thing about the 2008 paper.what i found out that the reasoning section was damn easy.so one could have done all the questions of that section to maximize their scores.

cutoff for gk-- zero?? thts strange..

iift does not announces the cut-off formally.this is the lowest score that puys could find out from the pg community.so we very well assume that this must be the cut-off.
gk section of iift is generally not easy to crack.it may b possible that iift decided to keep any positive score in that section equivalent to clearing the cutoff

Hi people my application seems to have been recieved at IIFT, but the status shows 'application print-out not received'

Guess atleast 2-3 guys faced this problem? Is there sufficient cause for me to be worrying yet

Hi,

I forgot to include the two adhesive labels with my application.
I would like to know if any Puy from IIFT is ready to submit just those two adhesive labels to the IIFT admission office? I can share with him/her my address and app no details.I cud have mailed it, had it been a lil earlier but sep 3rd being the deadline i feel this is the fastest way...let me know ur comments and Please PM me if you are ready to do the same...

One of my friends had got a call last year for IIFT with a negative mark in GK. But he couldnt clear the interview!

This is just a gyaan I am sharing here with you all. Please take it that way!

yeah,even im facing the same problem.....how long does it take for the status to get updated and after how many weeks of submitting the form do we get the brochure????

Relax..Have you checked with your courier service provider that your mail has been delivered or not.It takes some time to update the status..Even mine isn't yet updated but I know it has reached there...
So pull up your socks and do well in the exam...

hey noel,
thanks for the info.as i told u, no official cut-offs are declared so we have to rely on the data we get from discussions at pg and other forums.
still i would recommend all test takers to prepare with the point of view of sectional scores as iift doesnt follow a rigid pattern in such matters.
