Hi guys,can somebody tell me the DD that I will make it will be payable to whom as in to whom will we address the DD?

1.) fill the form correctly and send it.. nothing more is required...

2.) you can call up the people at iift with ur app num to confirm its acceptance...

3.) i dont think u will have that facility of password ( because u filled it offline)... just confirm on this...

Dude I also faced the same problem yesterday. There is some javascript error on the page when you click the print button. It seems IIFT people don't have good testers . Just kidding please don't mind .

I tried with ctrl + P still I was not able to print. Also they have disallowed the copy operation on the page. Now only thing left to me was to take the screenshot. But then the page doesn't fit into the screen. It is much longer. So I took the screenshot starting from the place where it was mentioned to tear off, to the bottom of the page.

Then pasted this screenshot in paint and got the printout .
I didn't take the upper part printout as it was to be retained by candidate. But I didn't feel it was required as I have noted my application number and taken two copies of printout.

Note: People who don't know how to take screenshot of your window here is how you can do.

1. Click the "Print Screen" button generally present in the topmost part of the section conatining arrow keys in keyboard.
2. Open MS Paint. press ctrl + v. Your screenshot will be available now.
3. Cut the part you want the printout of. Paste it in new file.
4. Check the print preview and make adjustments if required to properly fit into the paper for printing.

All those who still haven't sent their DD along with the application form please do it soon. Coz there are times when the courier thing gets delayed for no reason.
And Try BlueDart. I sent it in the evening and the form was received at IIFT the next day morning.(Ahm to Delhi)

Take the screenshot and print it and see if you see any discrepancy between them. If not, which should be the case, then go ahead with that printout.
I have done the same and sent the form today by speed post although it will easily reach Pune to Delhi through registered post also but just to be on safer side.

I use Mozilla FF3 although the print button on the page does not work , ctrl+P works fine!

heloo to all..

this for all the seniors who gave last year's paper
i downloaded the question paper from the iift site and completed the paper within the given time..actually scored 23.46

all i want to ask is that ..their is all this stuff about the individual cutoffs and overall cutoffs..

if their is any sectional cutoff then how do they calculate the cutoffs???
do they go through section wise or go though the type of questions asked in the paper??

what i mean to say is that the section 2 of last year's paper contained two parts --- 1 of maths and another of di..
so do they calculate the cutoffs of section totally or do they calculate the cutoffs of each part of the section that is maths,di,verbal,rcs etc...
