Hi,
Although the sections like Verbal/RC, DI, LR, Quants and GK are same in IIFT and SNAP, one of the major difference is the differential marking of questions in IIFT. This calls for a lot of strategy and planning while taking up the exam and this aspect makes IIFT a little tougher.

Hey,can any1 tell me how to prepare for DI section in IIFT,as i think its quite exhaustive,its a lil bit calculative type(figures r quite BIG),vich take a loooooot of time.Plzzzz...can any1 give me sum TIPS for cracking DI..???????

DI for iift is indeed time consuming, imagine the plight wen the 2007-09 batch (our seniors)paper had multiple correct answers(its a real pain in DI wen u have to put all options and verify...) but one thing of the last yrs paper was tat u cud afford to leave the DI qns(or answer only few questions) as DI was coupled with an easier area to make up a Section...so even if cut-off was ther or not(no1 can be sure abt tat) if ur stronger in other areas u cud relax...
So don fret over DI for IIFT....for more clarity on last yrs paper visit

P.S : all assumptions have been made thinking that ther is no seperate cut-off for DI.

These are adhesive labels u get in the stationary store, u get it as a A4 size sheet ...and u can tear it according to ur use... jus ask ne proper stationary store...they will have it.... u have to write ur address on these sheets...the reason is wen IIFT wants to sent you back some receipts or sumthn, they will just paste this "Self addressed labels" on the envelope and sent...so that they don screw up with the spellings of ur name or address.... The onus is on u to get the spellings rite :-).

Dear Friends,

I have a query regarding the documents need to enclosed with the Application form which we will send to IIFT.

My Case is like this:I am in Portugal nowadays and i need to apply for IIFT.
I have asked my brother to get a DD in favour of IIFT of 1300 INR.After getting the DD he would tell me DD Number.
Then I would apply online and get a print out of this form.I will send the same after pasting my photographs and signing the form.
My brother would further send it to IIFT after attaching DD to it.

My Question is...do i need to send some kind of Degree Certificate to IIFT like we have to send for CAT?

iift form are available over the counter at the iift office.. and the cost will be Rs.1200 if u get the form from the institution..

No, you don't need to send anything like Degree Certificate to IIFT

Just send the DD and the printout of the form to the said address
