the work ex issue is not only related to IBS alone....it stands tall for all B schools... in my personal opinion, the work ex adds a lot of value to the learning process. you tend to look at the business perspective of the issue than the bookish alone. its also for u to decide if the fee structure of the b school suits ur vision. as far as the placement goes, at large my batch ie class of 2008 is satisfied with the turn up of the companies to the college for placements. the packages are decent enough to make them stay. the huge numbers are a disadvantage as the fight becomes tough. are u planning to go in for 2yr MBA program or one yr exec?

i am plannig to go for i year exec. ......though both( two year and year ) have there pros and cons..............
can you please, from your experience, suggest which will be beneficial for some one with 3 years of work exp(as required for one year exec. program)............
