There is no written cutoff mentioned explicitly but we can derive it after substracting total from GD + PI.
Do they have written cutoffs depending on profile of a student?

Pls also read Yojana regularly.
I am attaching the material for ur reference (i studied it last year during my prep). Some of the info may be old for the current year but it will give you a fair idea.
Also, go through the various govt schemes in the development, rural sector,etc.

I wont get into inticracies of the paper but will tell u this,paper is damn easy if you are prepared well for cat but what matters most there is speed and accuracy,u will have four sections and all the four will be easy for majority of the junta so what matters there is how quick and good you are with ur basics...paper is all your basics not even a single question is compliclated.
Accuracy and Speed.

Social Issues-last year the section for social issues was damn easy..junta says read kurukshetra and stuff but i say it was all common sense question,i cant rmbr them now but this was also damn easy,do go thru analysis of that Q ppr..and yeah read newsppr regularly that will help more.
