Hello....

I missed information technology and security by 1.5 marks last year. I gng to apply again this year.

10th score 75.57%
12th score 53.85%
and B.E. computer engineering with first class.

1). Does SCIT counts aggregate of bachelor or the class written in degree certificate?
I am asking this question as a matter of fact that my aggregate is 58.6% but it is written in my degree certificate that i have scored first class as my university counts marks scored in last 2 sem.

2.) Does CCNA certificate have any extra edge for admission?

3.) Does SCIT count 6 months of exprience?

I passed out in 2007,worked in Vcustomer in Linksys for 3 months and now i am working for Convergys in the Technology team so till the session at SCIT starts in 2009 i will have a Work Ex of around 14 months.I have a good intrest in security,haver made many projects in security in college and i am looking forward for this course in SCIT-"MBA in Information Systems & Security"
I wanted to ask first of all how is this institute as in pursuing MBA spending 2 crucial years of your career,is it worth doing MBA from SCIT,am asking this because i really don't have any info about SCIT?
Please can you tell me what is the average package of students who pass out after doing this course?
What are the technical aspects of security taught in this course?
What is the SNAP percentile required to get admission in this course?
Am working in a BPO,will this BPO experience count in admission process?
What do you think with the profile i have will i be able to get admission in SCIT?

Dude ur experience does matters.
asfa SCIT is concerned it is relatively new college almost 10 years old now..so it is making its mark..in recently concluded survey by OUTLOOK we were ranked 43..altough ppl dont believe in rankings and all so do i..but wht I want to say is dat SCIT does have a makret recognition now..so u can be sure abt its reputation..
rite now I cant predict the SNAP percentile..my only suggestion for dat will be that try to score as much as possible (sounds silly..but thts the only safe suggestion i can give to u rite now ) still try to cross 60+ score..
and ur admission depends on ur performance in GD/PI and ofcourse ur snap score..so for dat matter if u reach till PI stage..if u can justify ur goal alingment in ur PI u will surely sail through...
