Hi Puys,

I need some advice regarding the suitability of GMBA for me.
My profile:
Xth: 85%
XII: 70%
B.Tech: CGPA 7.26/10
Institute: NIT (REC) Jaipur (2006)
Branch: Metallurgy and Material Science engg.
Work ex: 24 months (by june 08 end) with satyam computers as S/W engg working in Manufacturing n supply chain domain.

An average extra currics but having good performance in Job (topper of training batch), appreciations from higher management in project, student council representative in Xth and XIIth and recieved appriciation certificate during my summers project.
I want to get into Operations/Supply chain domain.
I have not written CAT/GMAT till now but planning for SPJAT for 2008 Dec intake in GLSCM.

Do i have a chance here? Any suggestions?

hi everybody ,got 96% ile i cat , not got through the colleges so now thiig of doing gmba ,would i have to write y other xams or is this suffivient

hi everybody ,got 96.4% in cat but couldnt got thhrough the colleges of cat ,presently working in icici 1 yr ex ,had i to give ny other xams also ,or i can i submit the applicatio for gmba with this cat score

No need to write SPJAT......yr CAT percentile is very good.....

XII-92%
B.E-83%

2 yrs of IT experience(in Oracle Applications)
Experience in working in Supply Chain modules..

Decent Extra curricular activites(Placement committe member etc,class rep,dancer,..)..

Planning to write SPJAT..Applying for Global Logistics and SCM..

My Q is that does ERP experience adds value when applied for GLSCM??

And also please lemme know if my profile can fit in the bill??

any idea abt the pattern of exam as in level of questions
is it same as GMAT or tougher?

anyone out there who has taken spjat brfore??

Hi

The SPJAT is not as tough as GMAT, however it has a blend of all questions ... ranging from GK to quants to reasoning to verbal... make sure you have ur knowledge abt Dubai & Singapore intact...
