hey ankur,

i have heard the same bout the dec batch placements. but then after speakin to some current studet of the program, am quiteconvinced that it aint all that bad. also depends on how many of us are actually depending only on the placement services frm college...

as for me, tis wud b my first attempt as fr applying here. i am yet to give my gmat. wants to knw hw the spjain tests are? anyone whos cracked it, kindly comment.

Hi All,

I got a reject for the May Batch (much to my surprise). I am looking at the DEC 08 intake now. Will be following this thread for a while.

As I understand the Dec 06-07 placements were very good even though it was the First Batch, the 2nd Dec batch is currently under way and the feedback i have received from a couple of my acquaintances have been pretty good.

I dont think one should worry too much about placements when it comes to some of the top B-schools like SP Jain.

Aspirant008 your profile looks decent and a score above 700 will improve your chances, as my experience suggests a good score and good profile does not guarantee a admit.

Lot of good IT companies visit the SP JAIN Dubai campus but i am not sure whether they come for marketing domain.......but with SP Jain brand name placement will not be a problem at all........

hi all,
I was also rejected in the May intake selection process. 2 yrs work ex in IT.. but applied for IB. So, with work ex in IT, is it difficult to make a swich over to IB even after doing those finance related certif??
