Just so that you get a clear picture, 80%ile is a theoritical cut off but most people who got final Admits in the Dec intake last year scored above 90%ile , so unless one has exceptionally good Work-experience or college background getting into SPJ with 80%ile or so is close to impossible. Quote:

ERP experience definitely counts, also depends what kind of ERP experiecne you have (Technical or Functional).
You are definitely eligible for SPJ application but your experience is just 2 years and as per my research SPJCM prefers 3 + years of experience and a very balanced profile.
Also, I would recommend you try CAT / GMAT as SPJ seems to prefer candidates with higher CAT / GMAT score. Quote:

I am Amit Goel working in HCL Tech and i already have appeared for IT Management for June intake, but got rejected after waitlisted. I will apply this time again. So all you guys/gals feel free to post any of your query or doubt, will do my best to provide an answer.!
All the best to everyone!!!!! | Hi all,
This is my first post in this forum!
Guys even i have applied for G MBA in SP Jain(Dubai-Singapore), and frankly speaking, have received mixed opinions about the same. Things like-
1) December intake is risky in terms of placements.
2) The course is not worth its cost (12 lakhs approx), comparing to those in Universities in U.K.
Friends i would definitely like to hear some words of encouragement.
kindly give your inputs..
Thanks

Hi Kamaji
Its good that you have kept your options open.
SPJCM is a good place to be in....as is the case with ISB.
At the end of the day... both ISB & SPJCM r 2 different schools with thier own strengths & weaknesses. U need to decide ur priorities. All i can say is that the faculty in this school is great, peers r top notch and u get to live & wrk in 2 diff economies of Asia both of which r very diff and dynamic. As for ISB.... i dont need to say anything coz every 1 knows that it too is a gr8 place to be in.
Incase u want to have the oppurtunity to wrk in the middle east or singapore region then definately SPJCM would provide u with more avenues as compared to ISB.
Cheers
