They told me, being from tamilnadu they were surprised that I was not interested movies and music and asked me whether I was a fan of rajinikanth I just said I'm not interested much in movies etc.. so they asked about my blogs (3 of them) . I had mentioned blogging and webdesigning as my hobbies. no questions abt strength and weakness for me.


I was clueless after seeing the picture. whatever I said they showed no reactions in their face. I also told a few stupid stuff and one of the interviewer smiled thats all.



I finished the psychometric test in a jiffy.. just rush through all those q's without thinking much. you'll screw up if you try to manipulate

I dont think any special prep is needed. just be clear about what you have written in your app form. and get a few points about current hot events like IPL


can't describe much. mine was an old picture of an old building and the road infront of it.. very less quality and not much details were clear. a few weird stuff. they also asked what all emotions I get or what I feel after seeing it.


dunno much about it but its not AICTE approved yet. I was not able to grasp when they described it. much like a blend of all specialisations and a very rare course in the world.

also please don't quote long posts... it is a waste of resources and against PG rules

do u have ne idea wat cud b the quesns in PI like 4 i have a work-ex of 21 months in mah family business...........

What was the dress code like ???
All in formals ?? and HOW formal ??....
Suit formal or shirt pant formal ??

I know sounds funny but is an imp thing ... coz a suit in DELHI SUMMER is hell
But am willing to go thru it if it means any higher chance of getting a seat in Welingkar

just same set of q's worded differently. as I said b4 dont worry abt the q's just answer fast whatever you feel is apt in the first thought.

it will do more good if you dont take the PT seriously

and about PI.. it is very open ended most of the qs are built on what you say and what is written in the app form. not much I'm able to say other than this.. just know well the stuff that you have done/accomplished

none of us were in a suit here in bangalore except the welingkar students who were arranging the GDPI all of us were in formal shirts and pants. a few wore a tie.. a few even with halfsleeves. most of the girls were in formal shirt+pants and a few in chudis also. no hard and fast dress code.. just wear something that is comfortable, looks good and decent. I dont think there is any higher chance for ppl in suits.. don't sweat it out literally

1.Gd topics are very general if u r reading daily newspapaer and able to make a valid point its more than enough
2.PI expected questions can be
1.Tell me abt urself
2.Ur strengths and weakness(For me they asked strengths)
3.Why MBA?
4.Work related questions if u have work ex
5.Hobbies
As far as creativity test is concerned i think they r expecting a logical answer..........i guess i answered ur questions....

In psychometric test better to answer it without thinking much ,as far as ur PI try to show tht u have taken up leadership in ur work whtever ur doin......other general PI questions i have just answered in other post.....one more question in PI i missed out over there...given are 9 points and joinin which u should get 4 lines (I was not able to do).....

as far as d Gd topic is concerned ours ws d first batch of d season so they asked us 2 suggest sum GD topics..
we were 12 candidates so they told 2 give 3 topics which we can decide amongst ourselves(4 ppl ) n d topic which ws in majority wud b choosen....
so 1 grp said india n nuclear deal d other 2 said IPL ....so IPL it ws.....


regardin d creativity test as said earlier even d pic which they showed me was nt clear...it was a black n white pic n clarity of d pic ws bad......it ws a harbour coast line wid sum ships n few ppl arnd it....really dnt knw wat 2 say abt dt pic......n i think dey were nt satisfied wid wat i said koz i cudnt find ne +ve reaction or appreciation 4m dem regardin my explanation of d pic....

neways guys dnt get tensed abt d creativity test......it wil b durin ur PI....n everythg's gonna b spontaneous...

hello all,
i wanted to know as when will the final list be out for welingkar's.......
i have taken admission in one of the B-school and will have to cancel my admission before last week of may to get the fees refunded....so will the results be out by then????
i know its still early days but still would be gr8 if some one can help me with this.....
