i had lost all hopes of getting back my money .... but a week ago i received a pleasant surprise ... a cheque of 64k delivered at my doorstep !!! .... it is a struggle gettin back ur money .... i applied thru RTI and i appeal to every1 who want their money back to apply thru RTI ...u will definitely get ur money back ... cheers ...

Hi All,Can anyone having calls from other good B-Schools and having a final call for IBS-H let me know whether they are considering IBS as an option (since both fees wise and distance wise ,it is a tough choice) an they are paying the initial fee OR they are looking for other options.Also pls let me know how to get the refund once you have decided not to go to IBS?Pls let me know asap. Thx in advance!!

ICFAI center IBS,Hyderabad has been declared as A Deemed University declared under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956.
Check out the link for details on UGC website.
Deemed University - University Grants Commission :::

Under UGC guidelines, they have to return the fees with some deduction..
Last year students got the 64k cheque after a month.
Please read the thread and can plan ur action accordingly..

Please guide us about the refund policy....coz most coleges results will be out after 14 march...and putting 80K which will not be refunded be a great risk.....If IBS is UGC approved then they cant take all money...I mean then should return the 79 K back...????

Could you tell us the right office to approach for regarding this ??
