Viraj, I have sent a lawyers notice to IBS because they have not responded to any of our correspondence. If they fail to the notice within 20 days I would be taking the matter to the Delhi High court and simultaneously file a PIL (public interest litigation) as there are many others who would like to join me.

i am with u..do keep us updated..i had loged a complaint with CORE nothing happened till now...i would also register the complaint with the other link in the forum..lets see what happens...

hy . even i am in the same boat. It is shameless how this ICFAI ppl dont refund our hard earned money. It sets an even bad example for themselves . I think we should all write a letter to the education minister and hrd minister regarding this . I have a few BMM friends who have got contacts in newspapers. I will be taking this to the media. We cant let our money go waste!!!! . FIGHT BACK

In my opinion we should discuss the issue here itself and there is no need to switch to orkut.....it will result in some information here and some information on orkut...........so i request everybody to continue the issue on pagalguy itself......it is not intended to hurt anybody
