My case is somewhat similar to yours. I had got an admit and then canceled my admission the very next day to B R Nahata college of pharmacy, Mandsaur, MP.
They claimed that since the fee was deemed non refundable, they would not refund any of the 70 k that they took for admission.
I am currently fighting a case against them in MRTPC ( Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices Commission) . Such cases have been dealt by the MRTPC earlier too and it has passed a judgment in favor of the student thus far. So hoping for a positive end to all of this.

I would be happy to help/guide/discuss this with anybody who might have suffered the same grievance.

same here. would request people to come up with more facts regarding their prospective cases against these institutes. only then can awareness be spread.

Dear Amit,
I think we will have to take legal course if we want to get anything back.
For this we need a lawyer who can lodge a complaint in court in Hyderbad.
I am posting a link which contains info about hyderabad lawyers firms.
we might have to spend some amount before we can get back the BIG amount.
