My case is somewhat similar to yours. I had got an admit and then canceled my admission the very next day to B R Nahata college of pharmacy, Mandsaur, MP.
They claimed that since the fee was deemed non refundable, they would not refund any of the 70 k that they took for admission.
I am currently fighting a case against them in MRTPC ( Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices Commission) . Such cases have been dealt by the MRTPC earlier too and it has passed a judgment in favor of the student thus far. So hoping for a positive end to all of this.
I would be happy to help/guide/discuss this with anybody who might have suffered the same grievance.
